What DeeLab Bootcamp Is About
DeeLab Bootcamp focuses on the practical side of AI development.
We teach how AI systems are built from the ground up, starting with what matters most: data. Participants collect and work with real data, in teams, through hands-on projects.
Each trooper develops their own project idea and acts as its project owner, while also contributing to other troopers’ projects in different roles. This way, everyone experiences both leading a project and supporting others — similar to how real AI teams operate.
Theory and examples are part of the process, but learning happens primarily by doing. Repeatedly. Across multiple projects.
Learn by Doing
At DeeLab Bootcamp, you don’t just learn concepts — you apply them.
You’ll learn how data is:
collected, cleaned, structured, annotated, and used to create AI mini model. And then the model will be tested, possibly improved with new additional data, and so on.
These steps are the foundation of machine learning and AI, and machine learning,
Participants (“troopers”) work in teams on real projects and rotate through different roles:
project owner
data collector
data annotator
quality assurance
model evaluation
Each trooper also develops their own project idea, gaining hands-on experience with the full AI development workflow.
This approach helps you understand not only how AI is built, but how it fits into real products and organizations — a crucial skill for project managers, product managers, founders, and future AI practitioners.
